Strawberry Cookies

1 box strawberry cake mix (I chose Duncan Hines)

0.75 cup flour

0.5 cup sugar

0.5 cup butter (1 stick)

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

Tub-o-frosting (Duncan Hines creamy strawberries 'n cream)

Cream the butter and sugar. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until combined. Don't over do the mixing or your cookies will be tough instead of tender. Awwww....

I weighed my dough to make 3oz / 85g cookies (I got 9 cookies and one at 70g)

Bake at 350* for 13-15 minutes.

Cool completely, frost, and ENJOY!!

These would be fantastic with fresh strawberries on top (and maybe vanilla icing.)
