0.5 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup non-fat greek yogurt (vanilla)
0.5 cup granulated sugar of choice (brown)
0.75 cup flour (brown rice)
0.5 cup cocoa powder
0.5 tsp baking soda
0.5 cup milk of choice (almond)
0.5 cup mini chocolate chips
Preheat to 350*, parchment line 8 x 8 baking pan.
Put semi-sweet chips in a microwave safe bowl and melt in 30 second blasts.
Add sugar, blend, then add yogurt and whisk until well blended.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking soda. Add milk, blend.
Add flour mixture to sugar mixture, mix well.
Stir in mini chips.
Put in pan, level the top of the batter, bake for 30 minutes.
Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove to fully cool.
Intended to make 12 brownies, but cut them as you wish!
