8oz semisweet chocolate
1 cup butter
7 eggs, divided use
6 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup flour
Preheat oven to 375*
Melt chocolate and butter in microwave on 30 second blasts. Cool 10 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix 4 eggs with sugar, whisk. Add flour and whisk.
Add remaining 3 eggs and whisk.
Add mixture to chocolate and combine.
Pour equally into 8 ramekins and bake 20 minutes. Interior of cakes will be melting, not set.
Serve with vanilla ice cream... YUM!!!!
