McFate Diner Chicken Dip

2 cans chicken breast in water, drained well
3/4 cup sweet pickle relish
1/4 cup yellow mustard
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar (use a good, syrupy one!)
1 tsp celery seed
Mix everything but the chicken in a bowl, taste test it
Add the chicken, mix it up!
YUM!!!
