1 lb pecans or walnuts (or whatever you like...)
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup Wicked Good Spiced Nuts seasoning (recipe in blog)
Preheat oven to 350*
Spread nuts over cookie sheet and roast 8 minutes.
Combine syrups and coat nuts in syrup.
Bake nuts 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until syrup is absorbed.
Toss nuts in seasoning (either in a bowl or ziploc bag) until fully coated.
Cool slightly, break apart. Store in an airtight container.
