3/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup protein powder
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup coconut flour (or almond flour)
1 tbsp flaxseed
1 tsp vanilla extract
Put it all in a bowl and mix it up! It MAY help to nuke the peanut butter in the bowl first to melt it a little bit (10-15 seconds.) When well combined, shape into ping pong size balls (flatten them if you want more of a cookie shape.) Store them, covered, in the fridge for up to a month.
